We are open for in-person classes in both our locations (as well as online lessons).
Please fill out the form. Note that this form is processed manually and we will respond within the next work day.
For completing your registration, we ask all our students the formality of sending a $200 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but the amount is applied towards your full invoice. Check out our payment options.
We will observe and remain closed in both campuses for the holidays mentioned below. Please note that except (*), we will take the holiday on FRIDAY of the same week so students have long weekends to do trips and to not interrupt Monday’s first day process. Weeks marked with (*) will start on Tuesday.
April 6-7 – Good Thursday and Good Friday of Holy Week (Semana Santa)
May 1st - Worker's Day
July 25 - Annexation Day (Día de la Anexión)
August 2 - Virgen de Los Ángeles Day (Día de la Virgen de Los Ángeles)
August 15 - Mother’s Day (Día de la Madre)*
September 15 - Independence Day (Día de la Independencia)
December 1 - Abolition of the army (Abolición del Ejército)
December 25 - Christmas Day (Día de Navidad)*
Holiday policy: lost group classes because of public holidays will not be made up. Compensation may be offered on other days and will be done if possible within the week's schedule and the students plans. However, lost private and other special classes due to official holidays will be made up on other working days. Also for surfing lessons.
Visa to enter Costa Rica
Students from USA, Canada, Europe, Japan and other countries receive a tourist visa for 90 days when they arrive in Costa Rica. For longer stays, students can spend 72 hours outside of the country and upon re-entry, they will be granted another 90 days as tourists. This makes for a nice long weekend trip to Nicaragua or Panamá that we will help you organize.
