How the enrolment process works

Follow these simple steps which should not take too much of your valuable time and are rather easy! Remember this process is personal and done manually. If there are any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Enrolling in your Spanish course - Step 1

1. Fill out the booking form

Find the booking form here. You can leave blank any details you're not sure about yet and include special comments in the sections provided. Let us know any important information, special needs, wishes about course, accommodations, etc.

2. We'll get back to you

We will send a manual confirmation by email with your budget and invoice within 24 hours.

3. Deposit time

Once you review the invoice and everything is ok, we kindly ask you to send the $200 deposit to confirm your registration. The deposit is non-refundable but it will be subtracted from the full amount of your invoice (the rest is to be paid until the first day at school).

4. Get ready for Costa Rica

After receiving your deposit, we will send all the information regarding your travel, arrival and stay with Academia Tica.

5. See you soon!

Depending on what you've chosen: we'll pick you up at the airport, expect you at the accommodations or wait for you on your first day at the school. See you there!
