Surfing at Jacó Beach
Jacó Beach is called "City of Surf" in Costa Rica. It offers some of the best surfing in the country and it's just minutes away to other world class surfing spots like Playa Hermosa (5 minute drive from Jacó downtown), Playa Esterillos and Playa Escondida. Also, Playa Hermosa and Jacó are solid consistent year-round surf spots on the Pacific Coast. Therefore, Jacó Beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, or if you already do, you'll have no trouble finding a good ride, being experienced or amateur.
