Accommodations
We recommend that you stay with a Costa Rican guest family. The school knows all the families personally and regularly visits them. They are open-minded, interested, generous hosts who offer you the ideal environment for practicing your Spanish. If you desire a bit more privacy, we suggest that you stay in an apartment.
Starting on 2010, new Student Eco-Residence on Campus will be available to all students in Coronado. This residence is being built using new environmentally friendly techniques such as recycled and recyclable materials, use of rainfall water, water saving faucets and equipment, maximum use of sunlight, electricity saving devices and use of indigenous plants in the gardens.
Otherwise, we'll gladly provide you with information on hotels in the city center.

Standard
With guest families in Coronado, in a single room, half board (breakfast and dinner), includes laundry service. The families live within walking distance of the school or just a few minutes away by bus.
Standard Plus
With guest families in Coronado, in a single room with private bath, half board (breakfast and dinner), includes laundry service.
Apartment
Apartment in Coronado: 1,5 - 4 km to school. Well furnished apartments with facilities, TV and kitchenette. Accommodations either in a single room, in a shared room or in individual apartments.
Eco-Residence 
The new Academia Tica Student Residence features three units, each one accommodates 8 students in single or double rooms. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, shared dining area, 2 bathrooms. Also WiFi access, laundry area, a garden, parking area and 24 hour security. Weekly house cleaning and linen change. Students will have access to the school cafeteria.
